Shipping and import charges

Delivery estimate

Quotes show an estimated arrival range based on supplier handling and available freight information. Customs clearance, inspections, weather and carrier disruption can change that timing.

Freight and tracking

We arrange the freight method shown in the approved quote. Tracking details appear on your request page when available. International tracking can pause between export and New Zealand carrier scans.

Duty, GST and border costs

The quote separates expected freight and import charges. Final Customs charges depend on the part value, freight, insurance, tariff classification, country of origin and official exchange rate. Unexpected inspection, storage or brokerage charges will be explained before we ask you to pay them whenever possible.

Delivery inspection

Check the parcel promptly. Photograph visible damage before opening where possible and contact us through your request page so we can preserve a freight claim.
