Parts and warranty

Last updated 28 September 2026

Part condition

Your quote identifies the part as new, used or remanufactured and records any condition information supplied to us. Used parts may show reasonable wear consistent with their description.

Supplier or manufacturer warranty

Where a supplier or manufacturer warranty is available, the quote or supporting information will describe it. Warranty assessment may require photos, diagnostic evidence, removal of the part and return freight.

Fitment

We use the VIN, part number and vehicle details supplied to check compatibility. The installer must still inspect the part before fitting it. Tell us immediately if labels, connectors, dimensions or mounting points do not match.

New Zealand guarantees

Supplier or manufacturer warranties are additional to any rights that apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We do not use a warranty to restrict those rights.
