Sourcing and purchase terms

Our service

EuroParts NZ searches overseas suppliers for vehicle parts, checks the information available and presents an estimated delivered quote. An enquiry does not reserve stock or create an order.

Quotes and deposits

A quote records the part, condition, price, freight, expected import charges and estimated arrival. Supplier stock and final charges remain subject to confirmation. A deposit authorises us to proceed only as described in the quote; it is credited toward the final price.

Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, VIN and part information. Tell us before approval if anything is incomplete or incorrect. We handle personal information under our privacy notice.

Installation and vehicle safety

Parts must be inspected and installed by a suitably qualified person. EuroParts NZ does not diagnose faults or provide mechanical repair services.

Consumer law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. They do not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
